Kitchen Follow-up: a Fish Tale.

"Awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early."
Psalm 108:2

Every morning I come down to the kitchen to this:

What a lovely, peaceful sight.  Lillie and I love to look at the fish.

The orange one with spots is Leopard and the red one is Cherry.

Yes, my children chose their names.  How did you guess?

Cherry peeks out at us, and I warn him:

"They are coming."

 "Who?"
Did you ask "Who?" little red?

The Joys,

the noise,

and their 34 toys...
 They go everywhere she does.

They take over my house and every room they go in.

How do I know they are coming?

Because they wake me up and take over my bed every morning.

A rude awakening from a peaceful sweet sleep.

I snatched the baby away and left those two just now;
they are packing up...

so prepare for the quiet to end...

but I suppose it is,
after all,
worth it to get to live with the Ballerina, Itty Bitty, and Spiderman.

P.S. Thank you, Aunt Tammy, for the great big owl bag.
It holds lots of the toys.
