It happened the other night.
My Farmer had fallen to sleep
as had the kids:
it was quiet in the house.
I was working on something at the computer,
when I thought I heard a noise.
I stopped and looked up,
but hearing nothing after about ten seconds,
I continued.
I heard it again,
the movement in the other room...
followed by the dog growling...
a low, quiet growl,
cut short by a whine;
cut short by a whine;
getting up
he headed quietly into another room.
I cautiously got up,
quietly peeking into the living room.
Then I realized that
there was somebody there:
Really, Moon,
would you stop scaring the dog?
Oh my goodness! You almost had me there, although even the hubby walking into a room can scare me silly!
ReplyDeleteAwww!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Susan and Bentley
laughing!!!!!
ReplyDeleteLol! Too funny! You had me scared.
ReplyDeleteThat's funny! I love the shot with just the paw and the marker!
ReplyDeleteVery cute!
ReplyDeleteHow cute. Mine will simply pounce on me in the middle of the night...when I'm sound asleep. She really shouldn't do that.
ReplyDeleteI think they both turned out great. I really like the detail of the mirro. The chalk paint was a great choice!
ReplyDeleteVery cute love moon:)
ReplyDeleteHaha i thought you were gonna say there was a mouse!
ReplyDeleteBut your cat is MUCH cuter (if that is a proper English word...)!
And our Jones is a mix between a sheperd and a collie, well at least that is what we think. We got Jones when he was a pup, somebody found him and "gave" him to us. We sure love him to pieces!
Thanks so much for your sweet comments and i hope you see you lot's more!
Leontien
