"Even a child is known by his doings, whether his work be pure, and whether it be right."
Proverbs 20:11
Sometimes when the kids are busy playing, I sneak up on them and see what they're up to...
especially when they've been kind of quiet...
or have been in one place for more than 5 minutes.
Something is definitely going on here.
I can see Violet giving instructions and commands,
not at all unusual.
Then she starts her habit of sucking on her necklaces,
nasty habit,
but tells me she's concentrating intensely.
I step up to examine...
and am pleasantly surprised.
Violet got some "Silly Bands" for her birthday from my Farmer's sister and family. These are letter silly bands.
I didn't realize how useful of a toy a silly band could be.
"Now pick an 'A'. It says 'aaaa',"
I hear Violet saying to Levi.
"I'll give you a hint," she continues.
"It's pink."
(and I see she's got her 'J' backward again. Hmm. Need to work on that some more).
"See the words we've made, Mom."
Thanks for helping me out with the home-schooling, Violet.
That was so cute! They really play good together. :)
